I don't often see something to praise Shelton for, but I think it was a good move to let Contreras go 3 innings. It saved the BP and gave Contreras some confidence for his eventual return to the rotation.

That being said, Palacios has contributed on offense and defense.

I like his enthusiasm. Deserves to stay in the majors so far
