Bucs need a day off to get ready for the Yankees.

Yankees will get a up close look at Reynolds. Wonder if they make a hard push to trade for him.

Do you think they really need him? They have a 13.5 lead

over Boston

Couldn't help but notice that the Baltimore Orioles who were 52-110 last year are currently one game under 500 in a very

difficult AL East. I know we have another half of a season to go but to me this is a remarkable turn around. They also have won 8 in a row. Any possible reasons for this improvement? If this were the Bucs, we would be ecstatic!!

So hopefully this is what the Pirates can do next season which I definitely think they can do if they continue to do the things they are doing now and continue to fast track these young guys to the Major Leagues.

Things have just fallen into place for the Orioles. The 8 game steak has included wins of 10-9, 7-6 and 9-5 as well as 1-0, 2-1 and 3-1. So in the games where they couldn't hit, they got good pitching and in the games where they couldn't pitch, they got good hitting.

The Yankees will have a secret meeting with Manfred and, soon thereafter, new rules will be introduced that'll cut the Orioles off at the knees.
