I heard for years how we blew that.  OK.  But, a good number of others were right with us.

I haven't lost a moment's sleep over Diaz.  We have Stallings.  Not that he's any great shakes, but he's a great shake compared against Diaz.  Surg will whip out the stats.  ;)
All of a sudden it seems the Yankees have hit a stone wall
They are 2-9 in their last 11 games

Didn't they win 9 in a row recently though?  Kind of balances out I guess.  Either way I'd love for them to miss the playoffs.
Yes they did win 9 in a row. I love that the low market Rays are in   First Place
Yankees lose again. This time to the Mets

Joey Gallo is hitting .136 as a Yankee. Never a high average hitter but that's ridiculous. In 132 ABs he has 5 singles, 6 doubles and 7 HRs. And he struck out exactly half of the time (66 Ks in 132 ABs). With Texas he was only batting .223 but had a HR for every 12 ABs. With NY he has a HR every 19 ABs.

They might as well have Cole Tucker

I know that this is sounding like a broken record but the Yankees lose again, today 9-11.

Also Phillies have lost 6 out of their last 8. The Rockies, who couldn't beat their mothers on the road, have won three straight in Phila.

I stand corrected on the Phillies. Colorado has only won the first two games

Another no-hitter. Brewers' Burnes (8) and Hader (1) combine to beat Indians.

It was kind of cool, the lady sitting next to me said her friend was at the game and mentioned it, so I put the game on my phone as I have the mlb tv package, and we watched the bottom of the 9th.

The Orioles had an interesting weekend with Toronto. In the doubleheader Saturday the Blue Jays scored 11 in the first 7 inning game to win 11-10. In the nightcap the Blue Jays trailed 1-0 going into the 7th and final inning and scored 11 runs to win 11-2. Today they played a 9 inning game and the Blue Jays scored 22 runs (10 in the 3rd) enroute to a 22-7 win. 44 runs in 3 games for Toronto.
