I think a lot of us were. But he didn’t get off to a good start and it cost him playing time eventually. He needed to be on the field everyday. That’s why I’d like to see him go down to Indy, play everyday and see if he can make up for lost time.

Bucs get the leadoff hitter on in the 6th and 7th but come up empty. This is another example of how two hitters are desperately needed.
