Woodford has a 10.80 ERA. That's just too good for Cherington to pass up. And if he replaces Heller (ERA 49.50) it's a huge improvement!

I kind of wonder if there is something more to that signing. Indy already has several infielders so maybe there is some trade in the works. I too was surprised by this signing.
