So I've come to the conclusion that even though he doesn't have any power, Triolo should at least be looked at for future first baseman. Maybe that will come around. I saw some of his play the other night, and it looks like he handles the position better than Joe, and no real drop off from Rivas. Short sample for sure, but he looked really comfortable there.

Joe Block was still impressed though!
Last week when Oviedo went 3.2 innings giving up 9 hits, 3 runs, a walk and a HBP, Block said that although it was only 3.2 innings, it was the best 3.2 inning start he had ever seen. As Bugs Bunny so eloquently put it, "What an ultra maroon."

Could have been one pitch, one out, but the defensive guy can't catch a pop fly.

Bednar walks the first batter. Tying run to the plate.

Bednar turns around and walks the guy that should have been out.

Already turning into a nail biter. Come on, let's turn two

It’s coming apart. A single brings home a run. Now 7-6.

This is just too comical....the two "defensive" guys have totally effed up this inning. Rivas and Williams stink....get rid of these guys

I'm not sure Bednar has his foot on the bag
