down 3-0 after one, Mets with 2 homers. Plenty of time to comeback to show the Mets who is boss.

Unfortunately, it is the Mets who continue to score and off of the pitcher, Musgrove, who likely now would be considered the team's #1 starter.
It is early August. The team has 48 wins. At this point, I am not confident that the team can win another 15 games to avoid a 100 loss season. Before the break I actually thought that the team was showing signs of life and that it could make a bit of a run for the Division crown as no team had stepped forward in the NL Central.
Frankly, I was a fool. The team has little consistent pitching outside of Vasquez and Rodriguez, unless you count consistently bad as a trait on which to comment.
Also, Bell's performance since mid-June is more in line with the inadequate Bell who played 1st for the Bucs last year.
I really like how Reynolds and Newman came out of nowhere, but such is not nearly enough to sustain any enthusiasm for this team.
My expectations for 2019 were quite low. Sadly, the Bucs are now playing even worse than I expected.

You're not alone, Mainer. Can't remember a year in which I cared less about my Buccos. I don't like the new trade deadline!

6-0 after 3. Big Joe, he’s letting us down...
8-0 after 4.
What a mess this “team” is. We’re trapped forever under the worlds worse FO.

It is so weird how Bell and Moran started out the season bad defensively. Became not good but serviceable, and are now bad again.

someone posted elsewhere that NH commented today that we had great pitching for first month of the season.
He doesn't help himself or the team by having a radio show.

How shocking that Ramirez would parlay his Orioles ERA this year of 6.97 and his Indy ERA this year of 5.81 into 1 appearance with the Bucs for a 7.07 ERA. Sure, it's just 1 game but it's a sad state of affairs when a pitcher this bad is the guy they deem worthy of promoting. Seems like the Pirates have tried about every pitcher Indy has to offer this year and everyone has been so unimpressive that they have nothing to lose by trying this bum. Good thing they are ruled by TBMTIB that provides them with the talent they need to compete.
