Reynolds' 3-hit game last night earned him a seat on the bench today. The rest of the team had only 3 hits. Typical Shelton. >:(

Top of 1st, Joe Block making excuses for Hayes not hitting and Reynolds resting.

Cruz is struggling right now, but he will learn to lay off those outside pitches, and the hard hits will happen.

I was one who feared Cruz would struggle at SS. I saw him play a few times at Indy frankly was not impressed. But I will say he appears comfortable and more natural there than I expected.

Hopefully he makes that adjustment. Painful to watch right now
