Yoshi has been dfa’d and Marcano has been recalled from Indy.

It was a fine risk to take signing him but obviously this one didn't work out.

Agreed. He looked good last year and I was glad they brought him back. But he looked nothing like the Yoshi of 2021. I guess the version we saw in 2022 was what TB and LA saw when they gave up on him.

I'm still trying to figure out the rationale that was used to sign him in the first place. I've ranted since day 1. Makes me crazy to watch him. &*^%@!!

That will accomplish two goals for Shelton:



1. He can move Newman to SS and get Cruz out of the lineup before he starts getting too hot.



2. It enables JVM to block Marcano, which makes perfect sense.

Brewers have designated Pedro Severino for assignment, he is probably better than any of the Bucs catchers in AAA or the majors.
