I see that Shelton isn’t the only manager who makes head-scratching line-ups. Goldschmidt batting second instead of third or fourth seems out of whack to me.

Goldschmidt has an OBP of .393. And they've got Gorman and Arenado to hit 3rd and 4th. Those 3 need to hit 2, 3, 4 or 3, 4, 5 in the order. I guess Goldschmidt's OBP makes him the better candidate to hit in front of the other 2.

It's not as head scratching as when Shelton batted Hayes 1st, 3rd or 5th. Glad to see Hayes down to 7th tonight. Actually, this looks like a decent lineup for the Bucs vs a RHP (if any lineup that includes Hedges can be considered decent).

Brewers and Reds tied at three in the bottom of the sixth in Cinci. Jonathan India has a two run HR. It actually hurts to root for him this weekend.

Hard to top the first inning as all three Cardinals go down on strikes. Keep attacking, Roansy.

That Walker kid just got called back up for Cards. Just watch him explode on Pirates this series. Just a feeling !

McCutchen with a two out single. He’s sneaking up on that 2000th hit.
