Starting Rotation
Good morning. With all the angsts over the amount of pitch counts and innings in regard to the young starters, I wonder if the UpperBrass would consider using a six (6) man pitching staff. If not, who will be able to pitch when September gets here? Let's see what Priester has for the remainder of the season. Keep in in the rotation. If he.doesn"t produce, then we will have a very good idea about him. Also, and even more importantly, bring Skenes up soon. We also have Lauer and German at Triple A. On another very important note, I am very concerned with Bednar. If seemed after the All Star break last year, he became shaky.

Re: Starting Rotation
Too bad baseball games aren't 5 innings long. The Bucs would have one of the best pitching staffs in MLB. TBH, I don't understand this modern era of protecting the arms of the young. I guess it's protection of an investment.
Re: Starting Rotation
Priester has made 3 starts for Indy. He pitched 5.2, 4 and 4 innings.
Skenes has made 4 starts for Indy. He pitched 3, 3, 3.1 and 3,1 innings.
At this rate, neither will be of much use on the MLB roster.
