I think this is the only place they can be hurt. With no salary cap in place, the Draft is the only place that can be controlled. Unless they make them play with a short roster for a year. I don't really know how to punish them, but they need punished as an organization too.

No their 1st rounder should be given to their biggest rival for the playoffs - The Bucs of course. And am not actually kidding. How that would tick off the Cards.

I was going to say it would end up being a slap on the wrist, but the MLB just slammed the Red Sox a few weeks ago.
