I really, really like Rivero. Love the heat and really like what his breaking stuff does. He impressed me when he pitched for Walgreen's in the marathon game a few weeks back and I was thrilled the Bucs got him.

Very impressed with Rivero. He may end up being our closer. Tough break for Taillon not getting a win. Not impressed with Cutch. I would have had him squeeze in Marte from third in the 8th inning. Instead Cutch K's and leaves the big insurance run stranded. Thank you Serpico for saving this game and maybe the season!

It is amazing to me that the Pirates are only three games out of the wild card, as poorly as they've played. It is still a reachable goal.

The 2nd wildcard is still definitely right there for the taking for the Bucs. Need to continue to win these games coming up against the Reds and Padres.
