I know other sites track the players in the Arizona Fall League and a lot of you follow those sites, but I thought it was worth a mention here that Eric Wood is hitting and playing very well right now. He was a 3B at AA but was moved to the OF for AFL.
He's hitting .364 which is third in the league, tied in HRs with 3 and RBIs with 10 in 12 games. His OPS is 1.042 which also puts him close to the top. On the downside, his K rate is still pretty high with 16 in 44 ABs.
Jin-De Jang contines to play well since becoming a full-time C at AA after McGuire was traded. He's hitting .393 with a .938 OPS in 28 plate appearances. His K rate remains low with only 4 (he only K'd 14 times in 208 AA ABs this year). It's been interesting to watch him blossom a bit while going from back-up to full-time catcher as he had a strong finish to the AA season.
Edgar Santana (who we signed at age 22 and rose 3 levels last year, finishing the last month at AAA) has pitched 8.2 innings with no runs, no walks and 15 Ks. He and Connor Joe were just named to the Fall Stars Game.
