Steven Brault, who will probably be in the rotation in the majors for at least a good portion of the year, wins the #11 spot. Upside may not be as high but the fact that he will be in the bigs probably put him over the top. Who will be next? Added Jose Osuna, who, in my opinion, has always been underrated as a prospect.

Does anyone feel Edgar Santana should be on the list now? I like his upside as a strong 9th inning guy.

For all of the talking about Elias Dias as the "Heir Apparent" at catcher and now he can't even crack the top ten. He needs to go here.
I like Jin de Jhang as a catching prospect too, and will be giving him some thought in a few spots here. I saw him a few years ago with the now-defunct Jamestown team, and in my sample size of 4 PA I saw him hit two home runs. Anectotal evidence FTW and he's going to be a star!

Santana was under serious consideration to be added here, along with a few others. Will probably add him next, unless someone else has a better idea.
