Polanco is having a very good July. He is batting .458 with an OPS of 1.147. What is it with the sixth spot in the line up?
I predicted Polanco to have a breakout season this year. So far, he hasn't lived up to that expectation. He can still turn around his season. Inserting Marte might even take off more pressure.
Polanco is fun to watch when he is playing well. I love seeing him go up the middle for base hits. I just hope it isn't too late as I am not sure the plan for the team at the deadline. I do not want to unload anyone.
