Taillon can't get in too much trouble. He will probably "take one for the team" even if it gets worse.

Sucks, I was hoping to be engaged with MLB this summer. Looks like it's another seasond of checking the Milb box scores.

Horrible play by Mercer runner takes off from second easy play at third instead he throws to 1st for the out cost Tallion a run. I'm really getting tired of Jordy and his lackadaisical style.

If Bell and Polanco are this bad, the this iteration of the Pirates is stunted and we'd have to look to the minors and what ML assets they have to sell.

Not this one. What gives you any reason to suggest this? Compete as in play, or compete as in be a good team that can compete for a wild card?
