More or less redundant. They'll be rated in the Off-season Thread.

You could call it The List of Guys We Aren't Getting.

More than doubling their payroll with a 107 million dollar jump, and you don't think someone will pay the price for missing the playoffs, instead be rewarded with an even bigger budget?

I answered it once. I'll answer it a second time.

I doubt it.

What that means is- Yes, it it is possible. No, I don't think that it will happen.

First, t's only a lot of money to people who don't have it.....or, have it, but never spend it.

If the owner felt that making post-season play was a certainty, then he was sadly mistaken.

As I told Dave, it's as likely that the Padres owner adds as it is that he terminates someone. He could do both. Nothing will surprise me.

Arizona and Baltimore join each other in the 100 loss club last night. Both 47-100. They are in championship form for the first pick. An exciting race this will be.

The Pirates and Rangers tussle for the 3rd and 4th spots. The Rangers have a one game lead on the Bucs, as the Pirates have gone 7-3 in their last 10 games and 13-13 in their last 26 to move out of the third spot into 4th.
