Let’s slow down here as well with the This team stinks stuff now cause they have lost 5 of 6. They still are 12-9 and hopefully they can salvage on in Philly tomorrow and then come home and take at least 2 of 3 from a bad Tigers team before the Cards come in here next weekend. So it’s been a lousy week indeed but let’s see how things play out this week once we get home and play the Tigers and Cards.

It's pretty obvious if Polanco doesn't hit then this team is bad. He was a monster the 1st week and a half and been very bad the last week, the rest of the team follows. He needs to get fixed quick.

Most of us expected this prior to the season.
Yep. I loved the start but I know this isn't a good team.
Inconsistent starting pitching, weak bullpen, inconsistent hitting. All the things we expected. It was nice for 2 weeks when all those "ifs" were working out, but it was unrealistic that it would continue that way.

I tend to agree that we had a nice two weeks and are now back to reality.  It is time for the Pirates to play well again for a couple weeks to show fans that off season predictions were wrong.

off the past couple days hard to believe the Pirates are third in league in runs, although 12th in era.

This is a lot more than Harrison's injury. Please don't blame this solely on that.

I agree but he does bring some energy to the lineup and we have zero energy right now. Problem is I don't think JH can get on enough to make a difference. I think Polanco is the key to this offense and he has gone from awesome to awful in a week. I want to see Frazier in the lineup, I know he's in a slump but he's to good a hitter for it to last the rest of the crew I don't see a consistent hitter. Dickerson has looked decent but I'm worried that the league will figure him out. Bell should hit consistently and the rest looks like a bunch of inconsistent hitters that might get on a little run ever now and then but nothing that last very long. We're looking at a very long year I'm afraid with NH trades being a disaster especially the Cole trade. Hope I'm wrong but I'm not going to waste my time watching the crap we've put on the field this past week. Life is just to short to watch the product NH and CH are pushing. So tired of listening to their garbage.
