I was watching the Reds broadcast on my Extra Innings package (because it's about a pitch ahead of the MLBTV streaming). They interviewed Manfred an inning before Brown/Walk did and he sounded perfectly normal. Then I went to the MLBTV stream of the Pirates broadcast to see what you guys were talking about and Manfred sounded like a different person. Something was definitely wrong in his Pirates interview because he was entirely normal an inning early on the Reds broadcast.
