I wonder if Quintana talks started again with the Pirates because of Osuna?

Meaning, Bell is the center piece of the trade talks and Osuna can step in.

I am not saying I agree with this, just wondering if that is why talks started up again.

I would assume it has more to do with none of Glasnow, Hutchison, Brault or Williams winning the 5th starter job.
