Unbelievable.

There's #2.

The SD adds a little insult to this score....

I'm hoping. By the way someone might want to inform Mr. Hurdle that Cutch is batting 240 and playing a sloppy center field season is 2/3 over might want to think about moving him down in the batting order and moving him to LF. It's obvious we're more interested in hurting Cutch's feelings than putting the team first.

Doesn't excuse it, but I'm pretty sure the Padres have some little tech goblin watching film and looking for opportunities to steal home. I'm aware of at least three times they've done it in recent years.

If Bastardo can throw the ball 40 feet on the fly, he is dead at home. I thought that was a terrible decision to run there. The Pirates didn't execute. Every Padre run was on bad execution by the Pirates ( Freese dropped ball, Kang grounder, Fryer's tag, Bastardo's throw).

Horrendous loss and inexcusable complete lack of offense vs. EDWIN JACKSON.

Embarrassing game and effort tonight knowing that a win tonight gets you 1.5 back of a playoff spot. The Pirates have done this way too many times over this last month. When they need a victory and have some momentum going they play a garbage game like this tonight. I would like to say tomorrow is an important game but don't know if it really is. This team just doesn't have it this season.

At least we can blame Vogelsong and the front office for signing him.

We might need to sign him for another season if he keeps it up.
