Mercer reminds me SO much of Gene Alley. Same type of player offensively and defensively.

Freese has been terrible as of late.

Matt Carpenter ties it in the 9th with an 0-2 2-out solo HR off of Tony Watson. That one stings.

Watson just gave up three HRs in the 9th inning.
