Was Michael Kopech #1?

I never heard of this test (the running star part), but I wonder where other players would be on the radar gun.
The ranking I saw had Reyes from St.L. Ranked number 1 RHSP

He wasn't named the 2nd best RHP prospect in baseball. He was named the Pirates 2nd best RHP pitching prospect.

MLB.com prospect pipeline did that ranking.
I still say Glasnow and one other top prospect should be the package, Meadows excluded. But if they want Glasnow and Bell, then they should expand the deal to include Frazier.
But for Quintana alone, I would do Glasnow + either Keller/Newman + 10-20 guy.

You have a link for that? I'm seeing top prospects by team, and it lists Glasnow as 2nd for Pirates. Actually listed behind Keller.

That's a good offer. I bet that when Jose Q gets traded to someone else, it will be for less perceived value than that offer.

As perceived by who, though? As people have been discussing in another thread, it'll just be a new Rorschach test that only reaveals what people wanted to believe to be true in the first place.
