I just woke up and turned on the game to that play and was thinking it was clearly blocking the plate. I agree with Block and Wehner, by not sliding we got the correct call. That's where guys always seemed to get called out.



Won't be surprised if this catches on. Exceptionally smart move by Allen because he complained about it right away.

Holderman at his terminal count IMO.....Cruz error makes me nervous with the pitch count up and a lefty, should be out of the inning.

I have just became a huge fan of Greg Allen. That guy has some serious baseball smarts
