They are due to break out of it in a big way. I predict a 2 for 20 day from that group. Woo-hoo!
Well if you're predicting Hedges gets 4 AB's, that would actually be a good thing, at least on paper. No one can squander chances like the Pirates!
If they go 4 times thru the order I don't want him to be PH for because I want him to stay in the game and frame more pitches. The fans are paying good money to see pitch framing extraordinaire. They should not be deprived. It's all they talk about.

Yahoo had it correct. Darvish scratched because of illness, Reiss Knehr is indeed starting tonight. Padres look for Darvish to start the series against the Reds.
Just our luck. We face a guy just called up from AAA, who pitched in three games in April to an ERA of 12.27, none of them as a starter.
You know what those kinds of pitchers do to Pirates bats. Then again, the 0-92 Crew might just feast not having to face MLB quality pitching
