What a perfect game to officially end the Pirates playoff hopes.



So far:

Polanco runs a terrible route turning a double (maybe a single with a perfect route) into a triple.

Jaso with the boneheaded play of the year.

Vogelsong strikes out trying to bunt runner over.

Cutch swings through obvious ball 4 and strikes out (2 for 2 tonight) for the 3rd out with two men on base.



Yeah, the FO better not bring this same team back next year. Time for Neal to become bold.

I was gonna watch the Discover channel but I was afraid they'd show a train wreck.

It's just one dumb play after another. Even tho it didn't matter, Joyce failed to break for home from 3B with 2 outs on Bell's grounder to the pitcher. Hurdle seems to have no control over this team of low IQ players.

I'll put the over/under on runs allowed by Nicasio at 2.

This game is far from over. The Pirates are hitting. Just don't let guys pitch too long.
