Crowe could hit a little bit in the minors in 2019. He had 2 doubles and a HR.

Tom sucks please quit playing him. Someone should also tell the Cards players to quit hitting players in the face this week. Bryce Harper got drilled right in cheek and now Stallings today almost got his teeth knocked out.

I’d have no problem with Crowe replacing Cahill in the rotation moving forward. Cahill has been more bad then good and quite frankly has nothing really to offer and no future with the team so why keep him around any longer. I’ve personally seen enough of Cahill as Crowe appears to be competent enough to take his spot in the rotation moving forward.

Maybe he can play RF when he's not pitching.

There's more of a chance that Crowe could become part of a dream outfield than Polanco. :(

No truer words, Bobster. And after just drawing a walk, he must be thinking it's pretty easy business being a hitter in the big leagues.

Polanco has never learned to play the RF wall at PNC. Just as he did yesterday, he gets very close to the wall for a ball over his head and off the wall so that the bounce goes back toward the infield and he has to chase it from behind. Does he think the ball will hit the wall and drop straight down at his feet as he stands on the warning track looking up?

Man the Pirates have had some terrible luck on some hard hit balls with men on base not only today especially but pretty much this entire series with the Cardinals. It’s just one of those series where nothing has gone the Pirates way at all.

The only thing Frazier could have done at 1B when the ball was fielded at the bag by Carpenter was what Mickey Mantle did in the 9th inning of game 7 of the 1960 WS.

Crick looks like a different pitcher this year. He's around the plate and not relying on that big breaking ball that consistently sailed out of the strike zone for a lot of walks.
