Houston hammers Minnesota 9-1 in Game 3 to take a two games to one lead. I hate that they’re so good.

I've seen a lot of complaints on facebook baseball pages about problems with the division winners having such a long layoff before playing. To me, the advantage is theirs. Sure there is something to be send for momentum but isn't it better to have your pitching lined up and players to have a couple days (I guess up to 5) to get over aches and pains? Getting rest doesn't guarantee a win but it should help.

Baltimore is down to its last three outs, trailing Texas 7-1 in the bottom of the 8th. Such a great and fun season crashing to a close if they can’t come up with a miracle.

Texas moves into the ALCS with a three game sweep of Baltimore and now awaits the winner of the Houston/Minnesota series.

The O's didn't put up much of a fight. Just like last season the 100 win teams having trouble.

Guessing the State of Texas will be hosting the ALCS. Dallas vs Houston, should be a big thing in their State.

Disappointing end to a great season for the O's. They were fun to watch. I thought their pitching edge over the Rangers would help them, but it crashed and burned along with their offense. Texas' pitching is getting healthier as the post-season progresses. With their offense they can be a formidable opponent for whoever they face going forward.

I'm rooting for the Rangers to win the WS. The big reason is so we Bucs fans can claim that we were part of making it happen with Austin Hedges.

I always hope an exiled Pirate hits the game 7 HR that wins it for whoever.

Forget about it. Unless the Rangers Catcher is on his death bed, Hedges will be kept under wraps
