I guess Hayes has a day off so he can go to Altoona and spend some time with their hitting coach so he can maintain his swing and his approach. We get the "not great" Vinny Capra.

Last night Brown and Young were saying that Hayes is hitting so well it will be hard to get him out of the lineup. I just laughed.

This lineup tonight looks like a joke. Gotta love that 6-9 Murderer's Row of Capra, Suwinski, Williams and Rivas.

Fitting a player in from the bench now and then is fine. But there is no excuse ever to have a 6-9 lineup like that starting. That’s like going into battle with a pop gun!

Triolo. Capra does not belong in a major league uniform. That being said,
