Here we go again. Shelt & BC are just in love with Joe. I guess it is old ties to the Bucs and his minimal salary. I'd rather go with a lefty-swinging infielder like Williams so Triolo can get a shot a 1B.

I think they want Joe in lineup vs. every lefthander. I don't see the point unless there is a good chance they are bringing him back next year (I am hoping they get someone better for his roster spot).

This Peterson guy could pitch for the Pirates. With no outs in the third, he’s walked five and has thrown over 56 pitches, only half of them for strikes.
