They all talk about taking good AB's and passing the baton to the next guy.
Maybe they should talk about taking good AB's and hitting the freaking ball and being the man.

The problem with analytics infecting the broadcast booth is we're supposed to somehow be satisfied someone hit the ball hard.
Suwinski needs to go.

Worth noting: the Bucs have been far from tearing it up ever since Surg changed to his City Connect avatar. ((

Really like those two out hits. I'd like them a lot better if they came when guys were on base.

So the great Mike Lorenzen dealing a shutout. I guess we'll be hearing about how his stuff was just so good, he really pitched a great game, tip the hat, wash it off, learn from it, get them tomorrow, it is what it is, the standard is the standard, they are who we thought they are, righty tighty lefty loosey.....

I don't know that Suwinski needs to go, but he's a poor man's Pedro Alvarez. He can hit the ball out of the ballpark, but his bombs are too few and far between the K's. He at least provides good defense in center. But he's best suited as a fourth outfielder who plays once or twice a week.

Or if they got those 2-out hits when there weren't 2 outs.

Ramirez pitched too well to have Underwhelming come in and allow his two runners to score.
Come on, he can get out of it
