The lack of offense and defense has let him down mostly tonight. Braves are tough at home.

Suwinski hits another Jack last night to he needs a rest.  Great managing Shelty!
I think I figured it out. When a player has a good night on the road, in this case Suwinski, Cherington sends a Call Girl to the hotel room. She tires him out. Thus a day off is in order. Not sure how they are rewarded at home

Bucs down 4-0 and haven't scored more than 3 runs since June 3rd. That could be a problem. But at least their hottest hitter is getting a nice rest. And that's more important than trying to win.

Could be?

If I ask nicely, do you think we can score some nice runs and pull this game out?

Agreed- wasn't hitting the corners- left too many over the middle

Chang is a waste. I think all of us saw a strikeout coming.

Gee whiz, Chang struck out. Whodda thunk? That's only 17 Ks in 27 ABs. And there goes that .077 BA he had worked so hard to achieve.

In the Weeniemobile driving when  the Braves' announcers told me that Chang was up. Then, down.

All I could do was shake my head.  As safely as possible.

Come on. @@@@
