he didn't ahve a great game but he was pitching in Colorado.  Will Craig needs to get out of his slump.
You are right, Marvel gave up 5 runs in the fifth inning, and could not get out of the inning. I think Indy is playing in Columbus tonight.

you are correct. I saw Col and was thinking Colorado Springs even though they aren't in the same league.

Priester had a nice start in the GCL today. 5 inn, 2h, 0r, 0bb, 7k. It's good because the rest of the draft class is not off to great starts.

Indy is losing big time tonight 13-1. Something that I noticed was that Kevin Kramer was playing first base. I cannot recall him playing first base before. Just a thought they could be playing him to continue to learn another new position, they could be showcasing him to another team, or possibly they are sitting Will Craig, because some team may have an interest in him.

Or they’re just giving Craig a night off hoping to break him out of his long slump.

Marvel pitching a one hitter through 5 innings tonight with 8 strikeouts. I hope he keeps it up. He appears to be a pitcher we have to keep our eyes on.

My favorite Bucco farm team the WV BlackBears won at Auburn 5-3 this afternoon. The game featured a Tripleplay by the BlackBears in the bottom of the 3rd inning.

Here is the Box Score featuring all the games plays.

Just noticed that Mason Martin has a total of 93 rbi so far this season between 2 Affiliates. That is a nice total with a remaining week in July, and the entire month of August before the minor league season ends. He also has 26 homers, and I will assume he will hit between 30-35 homers before the season concludes.

Will Craig back in right field for Indy tonight.  Made an error.

Keller 5 runs (two homers) in 4.2 innings.

Mason Martin now has 101 rbi and 28 homers for this season. Very interesting player who hits from the left side of the plate. He may like the Clemente Wall. We probably have a couple years until we see him at PNC Park. He is now listed as the Pirates #19 prospect.
