DeJong surrenders a 2 run HR. He looks even worse than before. Nice story of perseverance but it's time for the Bucs to move on from him.

Well, they weren't going to win every game rest of the year. But they thought this one was in the bank. Some humble pie. Like I said, a team like the A's don't see a team like the Pirates as being better than them.

Huge game tomorrow now after this embarrassing loss tonight. You gotta win 2 of 3 from this horrible A’s team you can’t let them come in here as bad as they have been on the road this year and win this series.

Story of the game. Get guys on but can't get the hit to bring them in. Time to get ready for work. We'll see how they respond tomorrow. Will they be focused? Or will they have a pucker factor knowing they could lose this series?

Why is Dejong on this team?? Why did they waste a roster spot on this guy when players like Rodriguez, Davis, or Gonzales should all be up and on the Big League roster

You are right, it is time to release DeJong. He is not the same pitcher as last season.
