Bob was on the Board of the Pirates when the ballpark was built, but Kevin McClatchy pushed for the ballpark. I am not going to give the Nutting family any accolades for PNC Park. Kevin and former Pittsburgh Mayor Tom Murphy fought very hard for the building of PNC Park.

I dont give the Nuttings any accolades for the stadium, either. I gave them some amount for keeping the club in the city. The region has its share of wealthy people. Not all of them had interest in buying the club. We got who we got, like it or not.
