The #17 prospect for 2018

Post by psuinpgh21 »

I think the new #1 prospect should be the potential return of bullpen carts.

Craig wins with a low % of the total, 11 of the 12 players got votes (and the one who didn't would get the top spot for tattoos), and it was close for 2nd. Adding Valerio, thinking about Burdi, Dovydas, Mason Martin, Chris Bostick; let me know who you want next.

The results so far:

1. Mitch Keller, 21, SP, AA (88% of the vote)

2. Austin Meadows, 22, OF, AAA (also 88% of the vote)

3. Shane Baz, 18, SP, Rookie league (34.1%)

4. Cole Tucker, 21, SS, AA (53.7%)

5. Colin Moran, 24, 3B, AAA/MLB (as placed by previous poll)

6. Ke'Bryan Hayes, 20, 3B, A+ (52.8% in #5 poll)

7. Kevin Newman, 24, SS, AAA (34.1% in #6 poll)

8. Taylor Hearn, 23, SP, A+ (40% in #7 poll)

9. Bryan Reynolds, 22, OF, A+ (40.9%)

10. Jordan Luplow, 24, OF, AAA/MLB (51.1%)

11. Max Moroff, 24, IF, MLB (27.3%)

12. Nick Kingham, 26, SP, AAA (28.1%)

13. Kevin Kramer, 24, 2B, AA, (52.1%)

14. Luis Escobar, 21, SP, A (33.3%)

15. Kevin "Lolo" Sanchez, 18, OF, R (46.2%)

16. Will Craig, 23, 1B, AA (20%)

I know relatively little about most of the guys on the list (and Chris Bostick should be added), so I'm following the party line and going with Steven Jennings, a young arm ranked 12 you know where.

Between Cruz and Ogle, when the latter. I think he's a breakout candidate this year.

late promotion to Altoona and did respectably

hit a couple HR's in Arizona Fall leage

6'3 230 lb of-er
