Bucs can’t take advantage of a lead off walk to Reynolds. The 3, 4, and 5 guys tonight are hitless in nine at bats. Just two walks and a sac fly from McCutchen, Santana, and Suwinski. They could get one more crack.

Moreta walks two with one out. Can use a double play.

Moreta now has 12 walks in 12.2 innings. Totally unacceptable for an MLB pithier.

Moreta keeps them in the game.....after the one out walk, I had a sense of dread that the roof was about to cave in.

3 DP's by the Bucs tonight have been great, but the missed pop fly, the bad defense to allow a steal of home have hurt.

Both teams have received 6 free passes.

Bucs go down in order in the 8th. Rays still lead, 4-1.

Pirates go meekly.

Pirates have been pretty meek on the bases today. For some reason, they have been anchor down at the bag for the most part.

Ramirez allows no more damage. Onto the 9th, Bucs down to their last three outs trailing, 4-1.
