that may have been his 5th error at second this year (don't know if stats already added it or not).  Of course, we all know he is in the lineup for his bat.

Might as pull Stratton and put in Van Meter to pitch so there won't be any doubt in the decisiveness of the outcome.

We need to understand, what he's getting paid is what teams pay a guy like him. We're so used to not having actual major league players with a major league salary. What he's getting paid isn't a concern for me, his production is. Like you, I believe he's a major league player, too, but it seems like more and more each day, he's just going to be an average player offensively. After his first month, he looked like he would be better than that.
