I know you think you're some sort of math wizard but that was Polanco's eighth hit in his last 50 at bats or so.  Even a dope like me knows that's not good.

Actually, Polanco's hit was a soft bloop over the infield in the 2nd inning. His "line smash for extra bases" was a low line drive into the glove of the right fielder and it clanged off his glove for a 2 base error. It was not a hit. He's still at .199.

Thanks for that. I didn't see or hear any of the game. I made a mistake and believed Shed. I should know better.

If we can't hit STL's pitching, we certainly aren't hitting Milwaukee's.
