Shelty must want to make the winning % record for a manager in his first three years unbreakable. It stands at .363 before today's game. According to BBR his nickname is "Quality", he sure is one quality imbicile.

Didn't waste any time getting Andujar into the lineup.

Shelton was smart enough to realize the lineup is strongest with Collins in the lineup. A lesser manager might have put Andujar at 1B to keep Bae in the lineup at least at DH.

Although the daily lineups and in-game personnel moves have been amateurish this season, one thing I do like is that the Bucs get new additions is the lineup immediately. I hope Andujar plays well, but it really isn’t fair to him to bat him 3rd in the lineup. In about 100 plate appearances in NY this season, he had an OPS of .531. Van Meter’s OPS was .558.

I was hoping when they claimed Andujar they would have him manage.

Chavis busted his butt every night. In the games I watched, he saved a lot of runs with his play at 1B. Hope he finds a good landing spot for himself.

The Reds' Aquino leads the NL with 12 OF assists. That would have been a bad year for Clemente who topped 12 assists 12 times and once had as many as 27 in a season.
