Cherington's screwing up the whole plan. The team was supposed to tank to get the first draft pick next year but now they're getting ready to print World Series tickets.

Cherington's screwing up the whole plan. The team was supposed to tank to get the first draft pick next year but now they're getting ready to print World Series tickets.

The winning certainly beats the alternative but I think we all know this is not a roster of a winning future. For me, the sooner some of these guys are replaced with younger, better players, the sooner we can get on to consistently competitive, winning baseball.
