A double brings home another run. Bednar unnecessarily throwing too many pitches. 14-7 Bucs.

Finally, the third out recorded. Bucs win 14-7. Oakland leads the Brewers 4-2 in the 4th.

WTF is Shelton doing in bringing in Bednar in a 14-2 game.

Now he probably won’t be available if the next 2 games are close

Shelton needs to keep Hayes low in the lineup even if he`s hot. Leave him alone. Took Jeff King a few years to get going, maybe Hayes will too.

Back in 1st place today by 1 percentage point over the Brewers with exactly 100 games to go in the season. As frustrating as this week was losing to the A’s I think we all would have signed up for this Pirates team being in 1st place on June 10th with 100 games to go about 2 in a half months ago in mid-March.
