That means Kuhl will be optioned to Indy and they will activate Vogelsong or bring up Boscan

I think you're right. I'm hoping for a trade of Locke or else Kuhl will be sent down. Today was a masterpiece. I hope Garrett was watching....

It's annoying as hell that a guy like Bell is not up here who could have possibly made a difference today in a game like this especially when Polanco is not available. There is no excuse for it period.

Bell is better at baseball than Freeze or Jaso. Simple as that . One of the two guys need to either be moved or lose AB's to get bell's bat into the lineup. Not rocket science. Is it totally Hurdle that has this "old school " loyalty to vets ? Or is Huntington as much the issue or maybe more ?

I didn't see the beginning of this game (came in as the 7th was ending) but the stands seem really empty now. Did people go home, or are the Nats drawing that poorly this year?

Most people have left (over a 4 hour game).

Good crowd to start

My TV just went black in the 14th inning.

Then a message came on saying it went into power saving mode due to 4 hours of inactivity.

That is kind of how to summarize this game.

Wow, and here I'd hoped the time off over the break would help his thumb heal. Haven't seen a star crash this hard since they started testing for PEDS.
