Swaggerty came up Sunday after being red hot in AAA. He sat on Sunday, the team was off on Monday, he played Tuesday and sits on Wednesday. If that doesn't cool him off, nothing will. But at least Chang is playing again.

These must be those decisions that Cherington is really encouraged by.

What a complete waste. Chang and Perez with back to back singles with Chang going to third only to watch Hayes and Reynolds strike out.

I wonder what kind of odds you could have got for Chang and Perez getting back to back hits?
