Voting Holmes now. He's still age appropriate for his level despite the lost time. He's still a potential back-end starter who is a GB machine and will be starting a 2nd year at AA due, in part, to the logjam of SPs at Indy. He has to improve on last year a bit as his HR total and WHIP are too high. His WHIP was consistent with his last full season pitched, but I think he will make a step up this year.



The "potential starter" and "closer to the majors" factors influenced me here over some of the younger arms, but they could have equally applied to Trevor Williams. And maybe I should've voted for him.
