The BP is consistently bad but Shelton pulled an effective starter after 5 innings so that the problematic BP could pitch 4 innings. The Pirates were in control of the game when the imbecile made that decision. The results were predictable. As usual, performance plays no part in Shelton's decisions. I give him the benefit of the doubt in presuming he's not deliberately trying to lose. Rather, I believe he's merely hopelessly incompetent.
