The Joe Block Teaching Moment. Joe explains to us why a runner goes on a 3-2 pitch with 2 outs. He says it's always possible a viewer doesn't know these things. In every game, Block tries to explain or have his partner explain the game to us. It's part of his filibuster approach to broadcasting.

I just can't take Block. Walker isn't too good either and I don't need McKenry's various clinics. Had to overlay the radio audio. Hopefully, Brown and Walk won't be doing their comedy stuff on radio.
