apparently Hayes is still way above average defensively. This was posted on MLB Trade Rumors tonight about Nolan Arenado:



He’s second among all Major League third basemen in both Defensive Runs Saved (19) and Outs Above Average (14), trailing only Pittsburgh’s Ke’Bryan Hayes in both categories.

That's really surprising. Arenado is amazing with the glove.

That's really surprising.  Arenado is amazing with the glove.
If Hayes could hit .270 ( Newman is currently batting .276) Hayes

would be a star and be worth every penny of that contract
