I cannot understand how Bell became a professional baseball player and still doesn't know how to throw the ball. You would think somewhere in his 7 years of pro ball someone would have taught him how to throw.

With proper due diligence you would think a professional baseball organization would have identified such a flaw before investing $5m plus.
